Our company's roots go back to 1994. Independent since 2006 and operating as Rohstoffhandel Gemici GmbH & Co. KG since 2015, we trade ferrous scrap and iron-bearing secondary raw materials from industry, scrap trading and recycling.
Since then, we have built a strong network of suppliers, buyers, traders and logistics partners.
What We Trade
Our core business is the trade of clean grey cast iron turnings. For producers and traders, we offer continuous and reliable offtake month after month. For industrial buyers, we supply suitable qualities from our established network. We also trade steel turnings, recovered ferrous fractions, foundry scrap, steel scrap and further iron-bearing qualities or special fractions in different size fractions and qualities.

The roots of our company date back to 1994, when our managing director Yilmaz Gemici began his career in metal trading. Since 2006, he has been working independently, initially as a sole proprietor; since 2015, we have operated as Rohstoffhandel Gemici GmbH & Co. KG.
